Drawing on the Village Centre 2022 study, the design arranges three proportionate volumes around a central landscape terrace that steps down with the village terrain. Preserving trees and maintaining porosity, the layout connects public and private realms through semi-public spaces; connectivity to the main street and the visibility of the village church reinforce accessibility and civic presence.

The three buildings, four to five storeys high, house 31 housing units with 2.5 to 5.5 rooms. The compact volumes settle into the existing neighbourhood, united by a shared underground basement. The architecture combines traditional forms with timber-hybrid structures — contemporary yet contextual. Ground floors host public functions such as workshops and offices, activating the village edge; the housing above enjoys multi-directional sunlight and views. Pathways lead to identifiable corner entrances from the landscape and the basement garage alike, forming a connected network of public spaces.
